To initiate the return of an item with Branxton Gymnasium, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

Return Deadline:

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • It is essential that your return aligns with the policies detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Terms and Conditions.

Please Note: The shipping costs for returns from the purchaser's location must be covered by the purchaser. However, the shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Branxton Gymnasium.

Change of Mind Return Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or offer refunds due to a change of mind. We kindly request that you make your purchase decision after careful consideration.

Wrong Size?

In the event of an incorrect size purchase, an exchange can be arranged if the item is returned within 30 days from the purchase confirmation date and is in its original, unworn, and undamaged packaging.

Upon receipt of the item, our team will assess its condition to ensure it complies with the aforementioned conditions. If the replacement size is available in our inventory, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Regrettably, refunds are not applicable for wrong size selections. However, if the requested replacement size is unavailable, a refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued following an assessment of the returned item, or you may opt for a 100% store credit.

Damaged/Faulty Item(s) Return Policy:

Our commitment is to provide you with products of the highest quality and standard. If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us at branxton.gymnasium@gmail.com as promptly or as possible. This will enable us to guide you through the return process and resolve the issue as swiftly as we can. You may be asked to provide images of the damage, defect, or fault for an initial assessment.

In cases where a suspected defect is confirmed upon receiving the returned item, we will either replace the item or provide a refund, including shipping costs, to your original payment method. If the item is found not to have a defect, and no remedy under the Australian Consumer Law is applicable, we will consult with you to decide whether to dispose of the product or return it at your expense.

It's important to note that an item will not be considered defective if, in our reasonable judgment, it has deteriorated in quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions, abnormal use, or a failure to exercise reasonable care.

Returns Processing Times: Returns may take up to 20 business days to process, depending on your location and the shipment of the returned item. You can expect to receive your refund or replacement item(s) within 1-3 business days after we have received your return.

If you have multiple orders with separate order numbers to return, we recommend completing and packaging each return individually to prevent processing delays caused by consolidating orders.
